"I'm happy to be a patient of Dr. Hothi's. I have had negative care experience in the past which causes a lot of anxiety with dental work. Not only am I provided with kind and considerate service, easing my anxiety, but also she and her staff have gone above and beyond to work within my time constraints. When I ran out of paid time off from work, Dr. Hothi and her assistant went so far as to come in on their day off to provide me with dental care. They also have stayed late at the office to fit me in after my (and their) work day is over. Dr. Hothi even went to bat for me when I needed a specialist's care, calling in a favor with the specialist's office to ensure I got in on the one day I had off from work. I'm very satisfied with the service Dr Hothi has provided."
"For me, the staff is as important if not more important than the dentist. Doctor Ford is good but I interact far more with the staff. All of the staff is the best from the receptionist to billing to hygienist. They make you feel welcome and that they genuinely care. They almost make me enjoy going. When I lost a crown recently, they worked with my tight schedule as well as their own to fit me in asap. I called other places and couldn't get past the answering service 🙄.

"Extremely nice staff, front desk, hygienists and doctor. Everyone is exceptionally qualified for their particular roll. We moved over 125 miles away from Dr. Ford's office many years ago. We have tried several times to find a doctor and staff as well rounded as this group but have failed. Each time we have returned to Doctor Ford's and his wonderful staff. To travel from the Canadian border to Doctor Ford's group tells you the confidence we have in each of them. "Very informative during every visit. I love that Nancy, the receptionist always tried her best to accommodate my work schedule. I’m usually the last patient that they see on a Monday. Daniela is wonderful. I was very hesitant going back to the dentist since my last dentist thought it would be ok to do countless root canals when it wasn’t needed. She made everything so much better.
